In 2017, with the presidency and both houses of congress being in republican control, we must work doubly hard to keep voters informed and advocate for our Democratic values.
We have City of Aiken Council races this fall. JoAnn Tillman Hooper is our Democratic candidate for city council district 6.
In 2018, South Carolina will elect a new governor, all State & Federal House members will be up for re-election and so will some State & Federal Senators.
We have re-opened our office at 410 Richland Avenue West, Aiken. The Aiken County Democratic Party must pay for office space, utilities, cell phones, internet and office supplies in order to have a Get Out the Vote (GOTV) program for local elections in the mid-term elections and 2020 presidential election. In addition, in the off-election years there are still local municipal elections happening around the county. Therefore, we are asking you to invest in your Aiken County Democratic Party
